TECH WEEK REHEARSAL
ALL CAST MUST ATTEND
The only reason for missing this rehearsal is that you are sick and did not attend school. If you plan to miss, your parents must call Mr. Simpson to authorize the absence from this rehearsal.
If your absence is not authorized, you will be replaced by your counterpart.
Saturday, May 6th - 9-1pm in the auditorium
Monday, May 8th ~ 3:00-7:00PM in the auditorium
All Cast Members, Costumes, Light Crew, Stage Crew
~ Go directly to cafeteria at dismissal for meal
~ No one in the Auditorium until 3:45pm
~ Be ready for rehearsal at 4:00pm

Please note the TEAR DOWN IS SCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY, MAY 14TH !!!! WE APOLOGIZE AS IT IS MOTHERS DAY, but MR. Piles (band teacher) needs the stage first thing Monday morning for his scheduled band concerts.
We are making this MANDATORY for ALL CAST & CREWS
As of now it is scheduled for 10am-1pm but with everyone participating we should be done before that.
The students will then receive their ticket to the cast party which is scheduled for Monday, May 15th
