Thank you so much for your interest in being part of the Frozen Jr. production! Our crews are essential to making the show come to life—we truly could not do this without you. Being on crew teaches important skills like teamwork, responsibility, creativity, and thinking on your feet.
Crew Options

​We offer five different crews:

• Set Design
• Stage Crew
• Hair
• Makeup
• Costumes

The link below is to express interest in a crew. Submitting the form does not guarantee placement on that specific crew. Because backstage space is limited and we have over 120 students in this club, we must place students as fairly as possible based on space, needs, and availability.
Interest form deadline: January 21. No late submissions will be accepted.
Final crew lists will be emailed and posted to our website after January 21.

Rehearsal Expectations
Stage Crew/Costume Crew Rehearsals:

• Mondays & Wednesdays (evenings)
• Saturdays (mornings)
• Will be called to many of the cast rehearsals above, but not all, likely starting in March
• List any standing conflicts on your sign-up form

Set Design Crew:

• Tuesdays after school, 3:00–4:30 PM
• List any standing conflicts on your sign-up form

Hair & Makeup Crew:

• Called during Tech Week (see dates below)

Ushers:

• Only called during show dates (see below)

Attendance & Behavior ExpectationsConsistent attendance is expected. Excessive absences may result in removal from crew.
Crew members must follow all school and theater rules, be respectful, and take responsibilities seriously.

Show DatesApril 24, 25, 26
(4 total performances — 2 shows on April 25)

Mandatory Tech WeekApril 18 and April 20–23
These dates are mandatory for all cast and crew members.
If you cannot attend even one of these dates, you cannot be in the production (except in cases of illness or true emergencies)
